Game Info
Indicate game informationGive details of the game in which the incident took place.
The * indicates a mandatory field.
* Division: select the division from the drop-down menu.
Class: select the class from the drop-down menu.
* Category: select the category from the drop-down menu.
* Date: Enter the date of the incident.
League: indicate the name of the league.
Location: enter the location where the incident took place.
Game number: enter the game number.
Note: If necessary, add a note unrelated to the incident description.
For example, you could write that the game did not end
Click on Next.

Indicate the information for both teams.

Period: select the period in which the incident occurred from the drop-down menu.
If the incident occurs before or after the game, you must select Before or After the game and do not enter a time (minutes and seconds).
Minutes: enter the minutes of the game where the incident occurred.
Seconds: enter the seconds of the game where the incident occurred.
Description: enter a detailed description of the incident.

Add a member to the distribution list
To add your list of people, click on the Distribution list tab and click on Add.

Enter the first name, last name, email address, and status of the member you wish to add.

Distribution list side panel
Changing members who have been added to your distribution list is possible. Click on a member's line to open the side panel.
You can then make the desired changes using the blue pencil.
If you wish to delete a member from your distribution list, click the Action button and select Delete.
