Lock Account

If your Spordle ID account is blocked, you must send an email to id@spordle.com using the email address associated with your user account.

A member of the customer experience team will unlock your account and notify you when it is unlocked.

If you have forgotten your password, please see the documentation below regarding the recovery of a forgotten password.

Forget Password

If you have forgotten your password, you must click on Forgot Password after entering your user email address.

The system will notify you that it will send an email to retrieve your password to your user email address. If you do not receive the verification code, click Send Email.

Do not close your window, go to your mailbox to get the 6-digit verification code that the system will send you. Enter the 6-digit code.

You must enter the 6-digit code in the box provided and create a new password and confirm it. Once you have completed this information, click Submit.

Enter the new password you just created and click Login.
