***This currently only applies to transactions that were created online with credit card payments
To edit an installment date, you must go to the member profile, choose the transaction tab.
Choose the transaction you wish to edit the installment date
In the side panel, you will now see a blue pen which will permit you to edit the date.
To cancel all future installments, you must cancel the registration (you may always change it back to approved after cancelling the installments)
*If the registration is already cancelled from a previous attempt, you can change it back to approved, then cancel the registration again to start the installment cancellation feature.
Open the member profile, choose the registration tab, select the registration you wish to cancel the installments on. In the side panel, choose action and cancel registration.
You will then be asked if you wish to refund the participant, please choose refund
At the refund page, you will be able to refund up to the amount that was already billed to the credit card.
Once you process the refund, you will receive an option to cancel all installments
Then you will see the cancelled installments under the transaction tab
