LOCK ROSTER DATE

• We are releasing 2 new settings to manage the lock roster feature:

  • Lock active player date

  • Lock affiliate player date

• By default all branches will have those settings on as of today :

  • January 15^th – As per Rule L.6 in the HC By-Laws, the ability to add Affiliates will be locked out at 5pm MST.

  • February 10^th – As per Rule D. 3 the ability to add participants to the Active Participant section of a roster will be locked out at 5pm MST. 

• No exception were added for teams, you will have to do that manually.

• When a team is locked, you will be able to see the lock date in the roster section and no button will be available to add or edit.

• Super user will always have access to bypass the locked date. The field will be available in the team information section.
