  • News: Scroll through release notes to find information on new features and improvements.

  • Training: This will take you to the training calendar. We are continually adding in more sessions, so check back often. Click on the session you wish to attend for a full description. If you would like to join this training, register for the session, and a zoom link will be emailed to you.

To view you support request, and see the status of you tickets, click the bell found at the top righthand of your screen, then click on your ticket.

To edit your notifications you receive from HCR, click on the gear in the notifications bell, then turn on or off each setting.
