Note: This function is available depending on your roles and permissions. Your provincial organization may grant this permission.

This option lets you create the position groups available to your organizations.

Position Groups display page

A list of all position groups already created from the menu Parameters - Teams - Position Groups will be displayed. The following information will be displayed, and you can click on the arrow in each column if you wish to change the sorting order.

  • French position group name

  • English position group name

  • Position groups Abbreviation

  • Position groups status

    • Red X indicates inactive

    • The blue check mark indicates an active

Add a Position Groups

To add position groups, click +Add on the right.

A new window will appear. Please fill in the required information:

The * indicates a mandatory field.

  • * French position group name

  • * English position group name

  • * Position group Abbreviation

  • * Position group status → See note below

    • Active

    • Inactive

Click on Add.

Modify a Position Groups

To modify a position group, click on the position group line to open the side panel. Use the blue pencil to make the desired changes.

Delete a position group

To delete a position group, click on the position group line to open the side panel. Click on the Action button and select Delete.
