When a suspension is submitted late for a game, it may be applied to the wrong game (e.g., the 2nd game following the suspension and not the first).
Make sure the suspension is COMPLETED in the player or coach profile
Go to the match having Suspended - Purge (2/1) on a player or coach.
Click on the small pencil to edit player or coach information.
Uncheck Suspended and click on Update
Save the alignment at the bottom by clicking on Save
Confirm alignment again and suspension will be removed
