Waiting List Updates
Resolved an issue where merging two profiles, with one on the waiting list. The system will now trigger an error message asking the user to manage the waiting list registration before merging.
Enhanced the waiting list process to prevent registrations exceeding maximum capacity when two individuals register simultaneously.
Improved the waiting list report by adding the following columns:
Email
Phone number
Contacts
Exporting Roster in PDF
To improve efficiency, we have increased the number of team rosters that can be exported to PDF simultaneously from 10 to 250.
Organization Staff Report
Enhanced the Organization Staff Report to include the following columns:
Organization path
Organization code
Active Participant Report
To improve functionality, the Active Participant Report has been updated to include a new filter: With Affiliated Members. By default, the report will include all members but the filter will now allow you to report on only members that have paid the membership fee, members that have not paid or include all members.
Roster Module
When adding a member to a team that has a positional restriction in place (the number of members that can hold that position on a team), we have improved the error message displayed when you reach the position limit, to include the name of the member.
When adding player to a team, you can now filter the list of players based on their registration package.
A flag will appear on participant rostered list when the member you added has not paid the membership fee for the season as part of their registration.
Team Contact Type
The ability to create contact type can now be defined at each organization in the tree. These newly created contact types will add the list provided by parent organization.
