Membership fees display
The module that manages membership fees has been improved to resolve all fee entry and display problems.
Last season, we had problems with membership fees not being correctly charged when an item was exchanged or a registration was canceled. The process has been reviewed and retested to align with the Federation's management rules.
We have also improved the display to ensure users' and members' membership fees are correctly displayed. As a result, all invoices sent by email during the member registration process and the registrar view will now display membership fees for all levels of the organization tree.
We've also added a new Membership Fees tab to a member's profile that will allow registrars to view the affiliation details paid by the member for the current season. The tab is located between the Transactions and Teams tabs.
As you can see, membership fees will be displayed in the organization where the invoice was made, including the transaction number for each organization. This will enable the registrar to see where and when the fees were collected, thus ensuring better follow-up.
Note: if the membership fee has already been paid, the system will indicate this, and the membership fee will be displayed at $0.00 on the invoice.
Updates and Improvements
Travel permit (for sports using this feature)
The country on travel permits in PDF format is now correctly displayed and no longer indicates the country code.
Transaction tab in the member profile
A correction has been made to the Transaction tab by changing the name of the Paid column to Paid/Credited.
