You can delete a payment, credit or refund applied to a transaction if the method of payment was anything other than a credit card.

In the Transactions tab of a member’s profile, click on the line item, opening the side panel. In the section Refund, or Received payment click on the three small blue dots and select Delete.

A warning message will appear, click on Confirm.
