Online registration management

 

Side panel of the online registration

In the Online Registration menu, click on the desired online store, and a side panel will be displayed with two tabs.

In the General tab, the following online store information will be displayed:

  • Languages: This is the language selected for your online registration.

  • Status: By default, when creating your online store the status will be Draft, you have the option to change the status to Active or Closed.

IMPORTANT: Do not forget to change the status of your store to Active, so that your participants can register. If a later start date has been specified, the store will be visible to your participants on that date, even if its status is Active.

  • Display order: This option allows you to choose the order in which you want your online stores to be displayed.

  • Name: This is the name of your online store

  • Email Address: This is the registrar's email address

  • Registration Period - Start and End: This is the start and end date of your online registration.

Note: When there is a blue pencil, you can make changes.

 

In the Registrations tab, the registration fees and other fees selected for this store will be displayed.

Action Button

The Action button on the side panel allows you to delete an online store. However, the store must not include a registration if you wish to delete it.

 

Online Store Profile

To view the full details of an online store listing, click on the listing name highlighted in blue.

Share Online Store

By clicking on Share at the top of your store's main page, you have the option to share your online store with another organization.

Click on Add a shared organization, select the organizations and click on Confirm.

 

Online Store Status

You can change the status of your online store at the top of the main store page. You have three statuses available:

  • Draft

  • Active

Note: Your store must be active to be visible to your participants.

  • Closed

 

You can access your online store by clicking on the little cart image. By clicking on the last icon (small square), you will be able to copy the URL link of your store and send it to your members or post it on your website.

Overview tab

The overview will display all the configuration information of your online store. You can make changes by clicking on Edit.

 

 

Items and fees tab

Your registration fees and other fees will be displayed in this tab. You can click on your fees to open the side panel and make changes if necessary. You can also add fees by clicking on Add or remove fees by clicking on the Fee Action button.

 

RegisrationTab

A list of all your registrations will be displayed and you can generate an Excel report by clicking on Export.

 

You can confirm registrations in batches. You must check the list of players to confirm or check All, click on Action, and click on Confirm Registrations.

 

To manage a specific registration, click on the line of the registered member to open the side panel. You can view the registration details, transaction details, and questionnaire responses.

 

Side Panel Action Button

The Action button allows you to take the following actions:

  • Confirm Registration

  • Confirm waivers

  • Cancel Registration

  • Refund

  • Change position (only if you request the position during the online registration process)

  • Resend invoice

  • Resend invoices with the receipt

  • Send waiver by Email

 

Transactions tab

A detailed list of your transactions will be displayed and you can generate an Excel report by clicking on Export. Clicking on the transaction number in blue will open the official invoice. By clicking on the transaction line, a side panel will open on the right, you will be able to see the details of the transaction including the installments, the amount paid and the amount due.
