My Account - Access to Clinics

This page shows you the documentation related to a participant's access to the clinic in Spordle My Account.

Clinic Information Email

Once a participant has registered for a clinic, he will receive an email containing all the information about the clinic, including the link to connect to the training. This link will automatically take you to the training site. However, if you are not logged in to My Account, you must log in before being directed to your clinic.

You can also add the information on this clinic to your calendar by clicking on Add to Calendar.

Access to a Clinic

Participants registered for a clinic can access its content from My Account.

You need to log in to My Account, the clinic, and the link to access it will be displayed on the home page under the Events box.

Click on Details, and a window will appear with the link automatically connecting you to the training content on Hockey Canada Learning Lab.

If you have more than one member in My Account registered for the same clinic, the names of all members will be displayed, and a link to complete the training will be available for each member.

IMPORTANT: To access your training, you must log in to My Account and click the Hockey Canada Learning Lab link.

Note: Hockey Canada Learning Lab training content will always be available in My Account, even if you have completed the training. Use the link to access it whenever you like.

Members - Qualification Tab

As with completed qualifications, training clinics that have yet to be completed will be displayed in the Qualification tab of the Member profile.

Training progress will also be visible. Please note that there is a five-minute synchronization delay, so it's possible that your training has been completed but is not yet showing as completed.

If your qualification is still not displayed in Spordle My Account after a few hours, please contact your registrar.

The Hockey Canada Learning Lab link will also be displayed in the qualification, and you can still access it even if you have completed the training.
