If you would like to register your team for a tournament, here are the steps to follow:

 

 

Tournament search

To find the tournament page where you want to register, please visit Spordle PAGE at https://page.spordle.com.

There are different ways to search for a tournament:

  1. Search for your Federation in the search bar

  • Then click on the Tournaments tab

  • Multiple search filters are available to refine your search:

    • Season

    • Division

    • Date

  1. Search for your Region in the search bar

  • Then click on the Tournaments tab

  • Multiple search filters are available to refine your search:

  • Season

  • Division

  • Date

  1. Search for your Tournament name in the bar

  • Then click on the Registration tab and follow the steps

Search for your tournament's competition

  • Once you've found the tournament you'd like to register, click on the Registration tab.

  • Multiple search filters allow you to specify the competition in which you want to register your team. (division and class)

    • Open registration: check this box.

      • You'll find a note at the bottom of each competition informing you whether registration is open or closed.

    • Division: select the desired division from the drop-down menu

    • Category: select the desired category from the drop-down menu

    • Season: make sure you are in the right season

    • Start date: tournament start date

    • Competition level: select the desired competition level from the drop-down menu

 

 

Competition information

In each competition, the following information will be displayed:

  • Tournament name

  • Tournament start and end dates

  • Number of places available

  • Competition format

  • Competition level

  • Competition category

  • Team entry fee

 

 

Team registration

  • Click on the competition you want to register your team in

  • Click on Register a team on the left in red

 

 

A window will appear:

  • Search by team name: This searches the system database for your team.

  • Search by team number: This allows you to search for your team in the database according to the number already assigned.

If the creation or rollover of teams has not been completed at the time of tournament registration, please contact your association's registrar.

 

The button for registering an external team will be available only after a search has been performed.

 

Register an team

If you select this option, you must complete the following information:

The * indicates a mandatory field.

  • Contact information

    • First Name *

    • Last Name *

    • Email *

    • Email confirmation *

    • Phone number *

    • Note: It’s possible to write an note that gonna be visible by the tournament responsable.

      Click on Next

 

 

 

A message will confirm your team's request to register for the tournament.

 

Register an external team

If you select this option, you must complete the following information:

  • Team name *

  • Contact Information *

  • First Name *

  • Last Name *

  • Email *

  • Email confirmation *

  • Phone number *

  • Note:

Click on Next

 

 

A message will confirm your team's request to register for the tournament.
