Manage Attendees
In the Attendees tab of your clinic, a Grade column will be visible if it is a clinic with external content. This column allows you to track the course participants' progress.

Tracking Training Progress
The column will show the number of modules completed by the participant and the number of modules still to be done.
In the example below, John Doe is at 0/5, so he hasn't started his five-module training course yet.
Jane Doe completed the five modules.
Note: information on the number of completed modules comes directly from Brightspace.
Synchronize Grades
Results are updated between HCR and Brightspace every 5 minutes. However, it is possible to manually synchronize the update using one of the following three methods:
Select a participant to open the side panel and then click on the arrows to the right of the registered note. This action allows you to synchronize the participant's notes.
You can select multiple participants from the list to display the side panel, then click on the Action button and select Sync Grades. This action will synchronize the Grades of all registered participants.
If you wish to synchronize the grades of all participants, go to the top of your clinic page, click on the Action button, and select Sync Grades.
IMPORTANT: to respect the limitations of certain external supplier APIs, please note that there is a one-minute delay between each synchronization. Therefore, if you synchronize one or more participants, you must wait one minute before doing so again. A clock sign will indicate that the synchronization is reloading.
Completed Training
Once a participant has passed all clinic modules, the system automatically adds the qualification to their file.
Don't forget that there is a five-minute synchronization delay, so a participant may inform you that his training has been completed but has not yet been synchronized in HCR. We suggest you manually synchronize the note to validate that the participant has completed the training.
Display in Member's Profile
In the Qualification tab of the member profile, the participant's qualification and progress will be displayed in the side panel. You can also synchronize the grade from here.
