Lock Account
If your Spordle account is blocked, you must send an email to hcr@spordle.com by using the email address linked with your user account.
A member of the customer service team will unlock your account and notify you when it is unlocked.
If you forget your password, please see the documentation below to recovering a forget password.
Forget Password
If you forget your password, you must click on Forgot Password after entering your user email address.
The system will notify you that it will send an email to recover your password to your user email address.
Click on Send Email.
Do not close your window, go to your mailbox to get the 6-digit verification code that the system will send you. Enter the 6-digit code.
The system will then ask you to create a new password and confirm it. Complete the information and click Submit.
Enter the new password you just created and click Login.
