When this option is activated, all team officials who have been added to a team roster can submit and print a travel permit from My Account.

Warning

If you don't want to activate the travel permit module for your teams, deactivate the module by sliding the toggle button. By default, the module is active.

Warning

If you wish to request a fee for a travel permit application, please note that the system will generate no invoice and will not allow your team officials to make an online payment at the time of application.

You must therefore contact your teams to receive payment. Alternatively, you can create an Other Items, send the link to one of your team officials and have the team make the payment. Please refer to the Other Items documentation if you wish to proceed in this way.

 

Travel permits are managed by the The HCR user manages travel permits in the Tasks menu , under Travel permitsPermits. The system will display all available travel permits for the organization and sub-organizations. The user also has the option of creating new travel permits directly in this section. For more information on managing travel permits for an HCR user, please refer to the Tasks - Travel Permits documentation.
