Organizations - Travel Permits

 

If your region or branch allows your team staff to submit travel permit requests from My Account, you can activate this function in the Settings menu, Organization, and click on Travel Permits. Click on the Modify button and select Yes to activate this function. By default, this function is not active.

 

When this option is activated, all team officials who have been added to a team roster can submit and print a travel permit from My Account.

 

If you don't want to activate the travel permit module for your teams, deactivate the module by sliding the toggle button. By default, the module is active.

You can add a registration fee to a travel permit request by entering an amount in the Travel Permit Fee box. Changing or deleting fees when submitting a permit application is impossible.

 

If you wish to request a fee for a travel permit application, please note that the system will generate no invoice and will not allow your team officials to make an online payment at the time of application.

You must therefore contact your teams to receive payment. Alternatively, you can create an Other Items, send the link to one of your team officials and have the team make the payment. Please refer to the Other Items documentation if you wish to proceed in this way.

 

The HCR user manages travel permits in the Tasks menu under Travel Permits. The system will display all available travel permits for the organization and sub-organizations. The user also has the option of creating new travel permits directly in this section.
