This tab lets you configure specific team parameters for all your teams and qualification restrictions.

By clicking on Edit in the top right-hand corner, the following parameters can be enabled or disabled.

Require a member type to be rostered
You can select Yes or No to make certain types of members mandatory in your team roster.

Limit number allowed for a position in a team
To limit the number of members with a specific position in your team roster, click on +Add limit.

Select the type of player or coach and the number limit.
If you wish to add more than one type of player or coach, click +Add a limit again and repeat the same steps.

Limit number allowed for a position group in a team
To limit the number of players, coaches, or staff allowed on your team's roster, click on +Add a limit.

Select the position group and the limit number in the alignment.
For each position group, click +Add limit again and repeat the same steps.

Once you've finished configuring your settings, click Save.
Qualification restrictions tab
This tab allows you to configure qualification restrictions according to specific criteria, such as :
Team categories
Qualification name
Position Group
Position

To add a qualification restriction, click +Add and then +Add Restriction.

Adding an activity season allows you to set up an automation to exclude affiliation fees on registration fees for a specific activity, such as your training camps.
Add an Activity Season
To add an activity season, click on Settings, Platform, select the Activity seasons tab, then click +Add.

Complete the required fields:
The * indicates a mandatory field.
* Categories: select a team category from the drop-down list
* Qualification name: select the qualification from the drop-down list
* Position group: select coach, player, or staff, position group
* Position: select the position from the drop-down menu
* Minimum: enter the minimum number of team members with the selected position and category.
Once you've created your rule, click on Save.
To add a new restriction, click on +Add a restriction.

Status: Indicate if the status is active or inactive
Name: Name your activity season
Description: Enter a description for your activity season
Display Order: Indicate the order in which you want to display this activity season
Exclude Affiliation Fees: Select Yes or No to indicate if affiliation fees should be excluded or added to the registration fee.
Click Add.

The activity season can then be applied to your registration fees and your online store. For more information, please refer to the Registration Fees or Create Online Storedocumentation.
Modify an Activity Season
Click on the activity season you want to update to open the side panel. Use the blue pencil to make changes.

Delete an activity season
To delete an activity season, click the Action button and select Delete.
