By pressing the Action button, if the team has not yet been approved, you have the option to:

  • Validate a member

    • It lets you know why a player cannot be added to the team.

  • Submit the team for approval

  • Delete the team (No member must be registered in the team to delete a team)

  • Export the roster as a PDF

  • Validate a member

    • This option allows you to be informed of any reasons why a player cannot be added to the team.

Print team book

If you want to print multiple team books from the team's home page, you can select by checking the teams on the left. A side panel will open on the right, click . Click the Action button and select Team Book Export Roster (PDF).

Profile of a team roster

To access the complete team profile, click on the team # in blue.

Once on the team's profile, several elements appear:

General team information

Red square: Information about the team, including the team number, its category, and its status

Team Statistics

Blue square:Team statistics sorted by gender identity (number of regular players, affiliates, overage, etc.) and number of team officials (coach, assistant, security guard, etc.)

Verify rules

Purple arrow: Allows you to see team restrictions that are not respected

Action button in the team roster

Orange arrow: Action button that allows you to

  • Add to a league or tournament

    • This option lets you add a team to a league or register your teams in a tournament

  • Send a communication to your team members (click here to see the communication module)

  • Edit the roster

  • Validate a member (allows you to be informed of all the reasons why a player cannot be added to the team)

  • Confirm all missing waivers

    • You can confirm the waivers in batches on the team roster

    • The system will ask you what type of agreement you have with the members (verbal or physical)

    • The waivers of the members with unsigned waivers will be updated

    • This action will appear on each profile as for other signed waivers

  • Submit for approval or cancel approval (depending on team status)

  • Reject team (depending on your user rights)

  • Cancel approval or submit for approval depending on the status of the team

  • Delete the team (No member must be registered in the team to delete a team)

  • Organization team transfer (depending on your user access permissions)

  • Export the team roster to CSV or Excel (green square)

    • The export button will be disabled if the team roster is empty.

    • It will also be disabled if the team roster is not approved and the Required approval to print team roster setting is activated in the team restrictions list.

The member's team history will be displayed by clicking on the Teams tab.

Comments tab

You can add a comment about on the member by clicking on the Comments tab.

The red badge under the Action button (blue square) indicates deficiencies in the member's file (unconfirmed member, incomplete profile, expired background check, missing document, etc.). Simply move Move your mouse over the red badge, and it will indicate what is missing from the member's file.
