Registration Fees

The registration fee represents the amount required for a player to play hockey in a specific division of a season.

To add a new Registration Fees: Start by clicking ‘+Add’.

Member Type - is the registration for a player, official, bench staff or volunteer.

Active or Inactive - by setting a fee to inactive, no registrations can be made for this option.

Available Places - this is optional - if used, only a set amount of registrations can be applied to it.

Wait List - this is optional - once the available spots are filled, players can register for the wait list. No money will be charged at the time of wait list registration.

However, it is possible to increase the registration limit. But all the registrations on the waiting list must have been cleared (accepted or cancelled).

Note: If members are left in 'Pending' on the waitlist, future registrations will be added to the waiting list.

Show remaining Spots - this is optional - the online registration will show how many spots are currently available.

Ask for position - by checking this box, the member's position will be requested upon registration.

Category - Set the division for the fee. Only members within that age group will be able to register for that category. Note: for team staff registration, use SR for the division.

Next, enter the fee name, fee amount (early and late fees are optional) and choose the questionnaire, waivers and installment options you want applied to this registration.

Early and Late Fee: If you are adding this fee option, enter the amount you want to change and the date (early bird fee add the date that is ends on, and the late fee add the date for it to start on).

Exclude membership fees: You can use this feature for registrations you do not want the membership fee applied to - example: bench staff, or tryouts.

To make changes to a fee, click on a row and the side panel will open. Use the blue pencil to make any edits.

Duplicate a Fee: Once you have one fee set up, you can use the option of Duplicate a fee. This will copy the fee options, and you can edit the division, name available places etc.
