The Organization section contains information on that association.

From the organization display, you will see the name of the association and the level within the tree your organization belongs to - NSO, Member Branches, Region, District, MHA.

To add/update the logo to your organization’s display click on the camera icon, add images, and click save

General Information

The information displayed within the general tab will be used on the public registration page.  Please remember to enter all the required information for your association so that your members can contact you quickly.

If an update is required, click edit. The table will open and you can make your changes. When you are finished, don't forget to click Save at the bottom of the page.

Note: If the organization name is the same in both languages, just use the same name twice.

 

 

Note: It is possible to change the name of your organization, you just have to change it in both languages and it will also be changed in the organization tree.

Regional Settings

In the regional settings, the time zone, date format, and languages are defined.

You only can change the language. The language selection determines the language in which your online stores, clinics, news, etc. will be sent. You can select English, French, or both.

 

Registration Settings

The registration settings are optional to fill out, but this information is an important tool for Spordle to use and will help us fully support you.

To update the settings, click on Edit and enter your website address, the start date of your registration, the end date of your season, the registration system used by your organization, and your insurance certificate number.

Taxes

You can add your organization's tax numbers.

To add your numbers, click on +Add.

 

Select the type of tax number you wish to add (QST or GST)

Enter your number.

Click on Add.

You need to do the same step for each of the two taxes.

 

When creating your registration fees, check the Taxable box. Your taxes will then be added to your registration fees and displayed on the member's receipt.

You have the option of adding taxes to only certain registration fees.

 

Merchant Accounts

A merchant account is required if you want to allow registrations to be paid for by credit card.

HCR 3.0 is integrated with Paysafe and SportsPay. Both merchant accounts work in the same way except:

  • SportsPay: credit card information must be re-entered for each new transaction.

  • Paysafe: your credit card information can be stored in the Vault and used for future transactions. (Note: information can be removed or edited at any time.)

 

To open a merchant account for your organization with Paysafe, click the Create a new Paysage merchant account button and follow the instructions.

To open a merchant account for your organization with SportsPay, click Contact SportsPay, and you will be directed to their website to open your account.
