At the beginning of each season, you must submit your organization for approval. However, before submitting your organization to your higher authority (regional provincial organization), you must complete the Mandatory Organizational Roles requested by your higher authority.

Mandatory Organization Roles

If your organization has any missing Mandatory Organization Roles, these will be indicated with a red notification. Hovering your mouse over the notification will display the missing roles. Please refer to the Staff documentation to add your members.

Submit for approval

Once you have completed all of your organization roles, click Submit for Approval to submit your organization for approval to your higher-level organization.

Organization Status

Draft: The organization has not yet been submitted for approval

Pending: The organization is pending approval

Approved: The organization has been approved

Denied: The request for approval has been denied by your superior organization, contact them to find out the reason for the denial.

Print Club Memorandum and Insurance Certificate

You will receive a notification when your organization is approved. You will be able to print your Club Memorandum and Insurance Certificate by clicking on the Action button.
