Lock Account

If your Spordle ID account is blocked, you must send an email to support@spordle.com using the email address associated with your user account.

A customer experience team member will unlock your account and notify you when it is unlocked.

If you have forgotten your password, please see the documentation below regarding recovering a forgotten password.

Forget Password

If you have forgotten your password, you must click on Forgot Password after entering your user email address.

The system will notify you that it will send an email to retrieve your password to your user email address. If you do not receive the verification code, click Send Email.

Do not close your window, go to your mailbox to get the 6-digit verification code that the system will send you. Enter the 6-digit code.

You must enter the 6-digit code in the box provided and create a new password and confirm it. Once you have completed this information, click Submit.

Note: If you do not receive the verification code, please contact our team at support@spordle.com.

Enter the new password you just created and click Login.
