Lock Account

  • You must send an email to support@spordle.com. You should write your full name and the email address associated with your user account in your demand.

  • A customer support team member will re-activate your account and notify you when it’s done. Normally it tooks approximately 30 minutes for your account to be unlocked.

  • Try to reconnect to Myaccount Spordle.

  • If you still remember your password; you will be able to use it.

  • If you have forgotten your password, please see the documentation below regarding recovering a forgotten password.

Forget Password

  • If you have forgotten your password, you must click on Forgot Password after entering your user email address.

  • The system will notify you that it will send an email to retrieve your password to your user email address.

  • Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

  • If you do not receive the verification code, click RESEND CODE.

Do not close your window, go to your mailbox to get the 6-digit verification code that the system will send you. It should take approximately 30 minutes to received the code.

  • You will see this email

  • You must enter the 6-digit code in the box provided.

  • Create a new password and confirm it.

  • Once you have completed this information, click Submit.

Note: If you do not receive the verification code, please contact our team at support@spordle.com.

  • Enter the new password you just created and click Login.
