Please note that all reports can be filtered and sorted based on MHAs, Divisions, Time Period & Date Range, Team Role

Exports:

  • You can run all reports in CSV or excel, it may take a few minutes to process the reports. You can go to other screens in the meantime and find your report in the exports tab. Your report will stay in the export tab for a couple days.

Branch Report:

  • This report will show a list of all registrations in the MHAs that belong to your branch.  This is a registration report but at the Branch level. 

Branch Summary Report :

  • This report will show a list of divisions available in an MHA within the branch.  in the MHAs that belong to your branch.

Registration Report:

  • This report shows a list of all registrations for the specific MHA. One of the filters above will be a drop call ‘online stone’, To capture manual registrations make sure this is blank.

Registration Count Report:

  • This report shows the number of items left, items sold and available places. IF you have not set up limits on registration in your divisions it will only show you items sold. 

Questionnaires Report:

  • If you have set up questions for your online store, you can run a report the answers.

Credits Report:

  • You can run a report on the credits for members. You can filter on active ‘credits only’ or ‘with balances.

Refunds Report:

  • You can run a refund report based on date range or refund status.

Injury Report:

  • This report will show any injury’s that have been reported to Hockey Canada

CRC Report:

  • This report will show CRCs ‘expired’, ‘valid’ or ‘both’.

Qualifications Report:

  • You can select from the qualifications listed and run based on ‘expired’, ‘valid’ and ‘all’.

Deficiencies Report:

  • This report will show players or coaches that are missing qualifications

Waivers Report:

  • You can select your time period or date range, which waivers and your waiver status you’d like to include on your report. 

Clinic Attendees Report:

  • This report will show you a list clinic attendees based on several filters you can select.

Team List Report:

  • This report shows you a list of teams under your organization and their roster status.

Transfer Report:

  • This report will show you a list of transfers. You can sort based on ‘Transfer type’.

Discrimination Report:

  • Permission based report, that will show you outputs of the Maltreatment Module.
