002 - Description on the document type

This test case is to verify that we can now customize the text that appear under a document type when you upload a file.

Login to the UAT platform.

The user should be at the HCR dashboard.

Use Hockey Canada as an organization and go to Organization.

The user should be redirected to the organization page.

Select the documents tab and scroll down to the document type section.

Click on Proof of residency and in the side panel, edit the English description field.

Save the change.

 

The user should see a confirmation that the changes are saved.

In the same page, in the member registration documents section, make sure that Proof of residency is a required documents.

If it’s not change it and save.

 

The user should see that at least proof of residency is one of the required document.

Select an MHA ( Spordle, for example ) in the Change organization menu.

 

 

The user should see the selected MHA.

Go to the member section and click on Add a member.

Fill out the form and make sure you start the create a new profile process.

 

The user should now see the create a member form.

In the document section you should at least see the Proof of residency document and the description you have entered.

Complete the create profile process.

 

The user should see the confirmation of the newly created profile.

In your MHA, make sure there is a registration form created. If not, you can use the Spordle MHA.

Open the registration form.

 

The user should see the organization and page.

Click on register now and select Register a new participant and start the registration process.

 

The user should see the create form process.

Complete the form and move to the next step.

The system should now ask for upload document.

 

The user should see the description previously entered for the document.
