003 - Turning off the document upload feature.

This test case is to verify that you can turn off the document upload feature and receive an email when a new profile is created.

Login to the UAT platform.

The user should be at the HCR dashboard.

Use Hockey Canada as an organization and go to Organization.

The user should be redirected to the organization page.

Select the documents tab.

Remove all the documents type in the member registration documents section.

Save the changes and make sure there is no documents set now.

 

The user should see a confirmation that the changes are saved.

Select an MHA ( Spordle, for example ) in the Change organization menu.

 

 

The user should see the selected MHA.

In your MHA, make sure there is a registration form created. If not, you can use the Spordle MHA.

Open the registration form.

 

The user should see the organization and page.

Click on register now and select Register a new participant and start the registration process.

 

The user should see the create form process.

Complete the form and move to the next step.

The system should not asked any documents.

 

The user should be able to continue the registration process without uploading any documents. The system will display a message saying that the MHA might contact the user.

Continue the registration process until the payment page and submit the payment.

 

The user should be able to confirm the transaction and see the invoice number.

An email should be sent to the registrar.
