003 - Turning off the document upload feature.
This test case is to verify that you can turn off the document upload feature and receive an email when a new profile is created.

1 | Login to the UAT platform. | - | The user should be at the HCR dashboard. |
2 | Use Hockey Canada as an organization and go to Organization. | - | The user should be redirected to the organization page. |
3 | Select the documents tab. Remove all the documents type in the member registration documents section. Save the changes and make sure there is no documents set now. |

4 | Select an MHA ( Spordle, for example ) in the Change organization menu.

5 | In your MHA, make sure there is a registration form created. If not, you can use the Spordle MHA. Open the registration form. |

6 | Click on register now and select Register a new participant and start the registration process. |

7 | Complete the form and move to the next step. The system should not asked any documents. |
| The user should be able to continue the registration process without uploading any documents. The system will display a message saying that the MHA might contact the user.
