004 - MHA registration on the website

This test case is to verify that the search engine works correctly on the website.

Business rules :
As you search for an MHA, if there is an exact match with the postal code, you should see only the card for the MHA that match with a label that says exact match.
If you search for an MHA with a postal code that has no exact match, the system will return the first 100 results based around that postal code with the calculated distance.
If the MHA use the postal code feature, then each postal code entered in the MAH list will return an exact match even if the address of the MHA is not in that postal code.
