This test case is to verify the feature that will allow users to download a manul pdf registration form.

Prerequisite :

1 | Login to the UAT platform. | - | The user should be at the HCR dashboard. |
2 | Use the change organisation tab menu to switch to Spordle Organization. |
| The user should now be connected to the Spordle Organization. |
3 | Select Reports from the menu |
| The user should be in the report menu section. |
4 | Use the Print Registration form menu to launch the display of the form. |
| The user should see the form. |
5 | The form should contain the Hockey Canada Logo and the Spordle Organization address. At the bottom of the form we should have 2 mandatory waivers from Hockey Canada |

6 | Use the change organisation tab menu to switch to any other organization. Run the same report. |
| The user should now be connected to the other organization and see the address properly displayed on the form. |
