Scheduler

This will generate a schedule automatically and create draft games.

You'll need to choose the type of matchup you want :

1- Games by teams: This method creates enough games to meet the minimum number required for each team..

2-Total number of rounds : This method generates games up to the specified number of rounds, ensuring that teams play a game at each round.

This option should only be used if the number of teams is even.

Type : 3 schedule type choices that allow you to specify how games will be determined.

1-Simple: 1 game by round or week depending on method selection.

2-Double: 2 game by round or week depending on method selection

3-Matrix: Possible when team games are selected.

Note: using this method requires you to set dates and times manually.

Optional. Please refer to the documentation

The games are not yet created. You can simply go back and adjust the parameters to obtain the desired result if necessary..

If you're happy with the result, simply click on Generate in the bottom right-hand corner.

Create a playoff bracket on the same schedule as the one you've set up. You will need to manually add the teams after the end of the regular tournament games, then press "Fill bracket"..

Completed schedule with dates, times and fields. Press publish; the schedule will appear on the Spordle Page.

2- Import a schedule

Download the document as a CSV file, making sure all the necessary columns are present. See related documentation. Convert a CSV file to an XLS file (EXCEL)

Suggestion: enter your team numbers from Spordle ID instead of names. The system will find everything more easily. When you upload the file, make sure the columns match. The system will ask you to confirm the names of the teams and fields it has associated with your file. If none are selected, they will be marked as TBD. If everything is correct, press "Import" in the bottom right-hand corner. If not, press "Back" to make the necessary changes or import a new file. Your games will be imported in draft form, allowing you to modify the schedule before publishing it. When you're ready to publish your calendar, simply click on "Publish" in the top right-hand corner.

3- Add draft game

This option lets you add individual draft games to your schedule.
