Administrative suspension (SOCCER)

Administrative suspensions can be added at three levels.

  • Club

  • RSA

  • Soccer Quebec

The member will then be suspended at the level to which the suspension was added. For example, a Club suspension will be applied at the Club level. Still, if the suspension is at the RSA level, it will be applied at the Regional level, and the same principle for suspension at the Soccer Quebec level.

To add an administrative suspension to a member, search for the member in the Members menu. In the member's profile, click on the History tab and select Suspensions.

Click on +Add to the right.

Fill in the required fields:

The * sign indicates that this is a mandatory field.

  • *Infraction: By default, the administrative suspension will be selected.

  • *Member Type: Select the type of member you add the suspension to.

    • The member types listed in the drop-down list will be the members. If this member has multiple roles, select the role for which the administrative suspension is being issued

The side panel will be displayed by clicking on the line of the member's suspension, showing you all the information related to this suspension.

You will see that the status of the suspension is Active.

Using the blue pencil, you can change the following information:

  • Fine

  • Fee

  • Notes

Note: If a fee or fine is added, it will not be added to the member's outstanding balance.

You can disable the suspension by clicking the Deactivate button at the bottom of the side panel page.

The status of the suspension will then change to Expired.

If you have deactivated the suspension by mistake, click on Activate to reset it.

A window will appear, and you must enter the following information:

  • Type of suspension: Definite or Indefinite

End Date: Only if you select the Set suspension type

    Click Submit.

The suspension will then be reactivated.

The member type will be crossed out at the top of the member profile if an administrative suspension has been added to the member.

The suspension will be automatically added to the Spordle PLAY platform and validated twice, once when the lineup is approved before the game and again when it is homologated at the end.
