The Invoice payment management

Introduction

The invoicing module generates unique payment links that enable customers to easily pay invoices by credit card. When an invoice is created, an e-mail is automatically sent to the user with the payment link.

The link remains valid until the invoice is paid, and can be used by any user to make the payment. We don’t require you to have a Spordle My Account to make the payment.

Receive e-mail

Invoice contacts will receive an email like this:

They can then press Click here to pay now. This is a payment link for the invoice.

The e-mail containing the payment link can be forwarded to a third party if required. The link will become inactive once payment has been made.

Steps to payment. :

  • Click on the payment link and then PAY NOW.

Enter billing information and click NEXT

Information must match that associated with the credit card used for payment.

 

  • Enter the information for the card used.

 

 

  • A review will appear. Press PAY NOW to make the payment.

 

  • A payment confirmation will appear

 

 

  • A receipt will be sent to the e-mail address with the transaction details.
