Tournament

Introduction

Spordle offers an integrated tournament management solution for sports organizations. The integrated platform enables tournament sanctioning, team registration, schedule and game management, and real-time results publication.

This space has been created to help tournament managers guide them through the process of managing their tournament. We have grouped the various steps in order to guide tournament registrars. The blue links in the following sections refer to the detailed documentation in our various products.

The Spordle environment is made up of 3 different platforms.

  • Spordle ID : It is used to create and manage clubs, associations, leagues, tournaments, players, coaches, referees, qualifications, registrations and profiles. In short, Spordle ID administers an organization's entire registry.

  • Spordle PLAY : Allows you to create and manage game: schedules, assignments and results..

  • Spordle PAGE : It displays information about your organization, league, tournament or cup to the general public. It allows you to register for your organization or tournament.

How do I create a tournament in Spordle?

To manage a tournament in Spordle, you must first have an organization in the Spordle ID platform.

If this is the first year of your tournament, or if you've never had access to the platform before, you'll need to apply to your responsible organization. Depending on the sport, this may be the region or the province. Your parent organization will create your organization and give you access to each of the platforms. A page will then be created for your organization, with your own url, and you will be able to manage it. This process is only necessary for the first edition. Once the organization has been created, you can manage subsequent editions within the platform.

If you've already managed a tournament in Spordle, you're ready to ask about the sanction.
