In the Spordle ID catalog, the "Other items" category generally refers to additional costs not directly related to the memberships fees included in the main registrations fees, licenses or activities. These costs may include :
Administrative costs (file management, payment processing, etc.)
Fees for additional services (e.g. insurance, equipment or training)
One-time charges (e.g. late payment penalties, card replacement, etc.)
Adding other items to your catalog is optional.
Other Items Page
Other items are not seasonal. They remain visible from season to season, but the number sold is reset to zero at the beginning of each new season. You cannot delete a other items if it was used in a past or current season. However, you can make it inactive. If the other items is not included in an active registration form, it will not be visible to users.
From the Catalog / Other Items menu, you will find a list of other items created for that season.
From the search box, you can enter partial or full to filter the display on screen.
You can click on the directional arrows to sort by that column.
The list of other items will be displayed.
Name - the name of the other items
Status - the status of the other items
Total Sold - the amount sold
Price - the price of the other items
Add Other Items
Click on Catalog, Other Items, and + Add.
Fill in the required information:
Fields marked with a * are required
Image: You can click on Add image to add a picture of your item
Name * : Enter a name for your item
Description: You can add a description (optional)
Price: Add a price for your item
Click Add
Note: Depending on your regional settings, you may only have to enter French, only English text or text in both languages.
Modify an Other Items
If you need to make changes to your other items, click on the items and the side panel will open. Click on the blue pencil to make the changes.
By clicking the Action button in the side panel, you have the option to delete it.
Other Items start for a new season
Other items are imported from one season to the next, but you can change your fees and add new ones.
You can add new Other Items by following the procedure above.
