These tabs enable structured management of teams registered for the current season, providing an overview of team composition, the status of each member, and staffing requirements. They make it easy to monitor staffing levels, organize teams and allocate resources, optimizing coordination and the smooth running of activities.

Current season:

  • This tab brings together all the information on the teams formed for the current season, allowing global monitoring.

Total Teams:

  • Displays the total number of teams registered for the season, providing an overview of participation.

Empty teams:

  • Lists teams without players and bench staff, allowing you to identify those requiring additional registrations or reconfiguration.

Teams by Division:

  • Classifies teams according to their divisions, such as age groups or skill levels, facilitating organization by category.

Teams without Players:

  • Indicates teams with no assigned players, flagging those that need to be completed or revised.

Teams without coaches :

  • Displays teams that do not yet have an assigned coach, making it easier to assign coaches to pending teams.

Teams by Status:

  • Classifies teams according to their current status, such as "approved", "pending", "incomplete" or draft, for tracking their state of readiness.

Teams by Gender :

  • Displays teams sorted by gender, allowing you to track diversity and facilitate gender balance adjustments.

Teams by Creation Date:

  • Organizes teams according to their creation date, to keep pace with new formations.

last season vs. current season

  • This tab compares registered teams between the previous and current seasons, highlighting changes in team numbers, registrations by division, and other variations to understand seasonal evolutions.

Total Teams - last season :

  • This tab shows the total number of teams registered in the previous season, serving as a reference for analyzing the growth or decline in the number of teams this season.

Difference in number of teams between current season vs. last season:

  • This tab displays the difference in the number of teams between the current and previous seasons, offering a quick overview of registration increases or decreases.

Total teams graph - last season:

  • This tab graphically displays the total number of teams registered in the previous season, providing a visual understanding of registration data and facilitating comparison with the current season.

Team division chart current vs. last season:

  • This tab compares the number of current teams to last year's by division, highlighting variations within each division and helping to identify divisions with significant increases or decreases in enrolment.

 

last season vs. 2 seasons ago

  • This tab compares team registration data between the previous season and two seasons ago. It highlights multi-year trends, such as increases or decreases in the number of teams, changes by division and other key indicators. This two-season comparison makes it possible to track the evolution of registrations over the long term, evaluate the results of past strategies, and anticipate needs or adjustments for future seasons.
