Transfer parameters

This is where you configure the expiration date and the reasons for transfers and movements within your sub-organizations.

Note: Only branches have access to the Transfer menu in Organization.

Transfer Setting

You can set a default expiration date for the sharing of transfers across all your sub-organizations during a season. This date determines the end of multi-organization sharing or transfers.
When a transfer request is made, the expiration date configured by the branch will be displayed.
To configure an expiration date, go to Settings → Organization → Transfer and click on Edit.
Click Confirm.

Branches can select the transfer reasons they want to use in the system for all sub-organizations. They can also adjust the status of each reason and determine whether sub-organizations are allowed to use it.
To do this, click Settings → Organization → Transfer and select the Transfer Reasons tab.

Click on the row of the reason you want to add or remove to open the side panel.
Then, click on the blue pencil icon next to "Manage this transfer reason for my sub-organizations", and check or uncheck the box depending on whether you want to keep this reason in the list of transfer reasons.
Managing this reason for your sub-organizations means deciding whether they can use it or not.
This change is backward-compatible, meaning that even if you have initiated a transfer with a reason you later removed, the system will allow you to update it with the new reasons.
