008 - Merge 2 profiles from 2 different MHA

Login to the UAT platform.

The user should be at the HCR dashboard.

Use the change organisation tab menu to switch to CANAL FLATS Organization under BC Hockey.

The user should now be connected to the Canal Flat organization.

Select members and search for an inactive user in the list.

Copy the HCR Number.

The user now have an hcr number copied.

Use the change organisation tab menu to switch to CRANBROOK MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION Organization under BC Hockey.

The user should now be connected to the CRANBROOK MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION organization.

Click on members and search for members inside the organization.

The user should see a list of the members.

Select any member in the list to see the side panel.

Note the HCR number or the fist name / last name of a member in this organization.

Now search for the HCR number that you have copied at step #3.

Select the member and in the side panel use the Action button and Merge Member.

You should see the merge window,

In the search criteria, enter the HCR number or the first name / last name of the member at step #6 and click on Search.

You should see the member information appear in the search result.

Select the member.

In the window now you can change the profile that will be kept if needed with the arrow.

Click on merge.

The user should see the HCR number and name of the member that was kept.
