Settings allow you to view and update your My Account login information.

Settings Informations

Here you can change the following information:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Date of birth

• Gender identity

• Language preference: Select English or French

• Mobile Phone (COMING SOON)

• Address

• Password

To update the information, click on Edit.

Change your email address

When you want to change your email address, you will be asked to enter the current and new email and confirm the new email address.

Then click on Save.

Open

 A verification code will be sent to the new email address, please enter it in the box and click Confirm.

Changing your address

If you wish to modify your address, click on Modify and enter your new address. If you can't find your address using the Google search engine, or if it's a P.O. box, click on Enter address manually.

IMPORTANT: changing the address in your settings will not change the address in your child's HCR profile. If you also wish to change your child's address, please refer to the documentation Member - Request a change of address.

Change your password

When you want to change your password, the system will ask you to enter the current and new passwords and confirm them.

Then click on Save.

Remember that your password must be composed of at least eight characters, including an upper case, a lower case, a number, and a symbol.

The system will confirm that your password has been updated.
