Checking your organization's settings
Log in to Spordle ID in your league organization. If you don't have access, your parent organization (local or regional) can give you access. Make sure you have the League Registrar role.
Once connected to Spordle ID, click on the Management menu and then My League to validate the following information. This information will be displayed on the various league pages:
Organization logo

Organization name
Be sure to include your league name without any mention of the year, as this will be automatically added.
Address of your league (probably that of the club/association).
League staff
Add your league's contacts to be displayed on your tournament page

Don't forget to update this contact list
Verifying your merchant account
If you process credit card payments, you must ensure that you have the correct merchant account information in your My League organization profile.
If you already have a merchant account and it is not displayed in the Merchant Account section, please send it to us by opening a support request.
If you do not have a merchant account and would like to process credit card payments, you can open a merchant account by following the instructions in the Creating a merchant account documentation.

Users
A league user role will be assigned to each league manager by your regional organization. Once you have your accesses, you can add users by giving them the league manager role defined by your provincial organization.
To grant access, click on Management and My League and select the User tab. Then click on + Add.
