Join an invoice to an account

You have the ability to attach an invoice to an account. It can be attached to an existing account, or you can create a new one from an email address.

This allows you to send the invoice to a parent or member so that they can go to their profile to view and manage the invoice. This function can also be used to change the account linked to an invoice.

 

  • Click on the invoice (blue link) in the Transaction tab of the member's profile

 

  • Click on the Edit button

 

  • You will be asked if you wish to select an identity or address for the invoice.

    • The identity option allows you to modify the account of the invoice.

    • The address option allows you to change the address of the invoice.

Note: This works for registration or clinics invoices.
