Modify the setting

You can change the settings of your assignments in batch mode. Multiple options for changing your assignments can be modified in batch mode.

To do this, select the Games menu and tick all the games on the left for which you wish to change the assignment settings.

Then click on Set Assigning Settings in the top right-hand corner.

A window will be displayed with multiple options for modifying your settings in batch :

  • Officiating System

  • Pay Structure

  • Status

  • Minimum Referee Level

  • Minimum Linesperson Level

  • Minimum Official Level

  • Minimum Scorekeeper Level

  • Minimum Timekeeper Level

  • Minimum Referee Grade

  • Minimum Linesperson Grade

  • Minimum Age

Check the setting options you want to change and select your choice from the drop-down list.

A checked setting with no value will clear the current value.

When you have finished selecting the settings changes, click Update.

Assignment Draft mode

By changing the Status of your assignments to Draft, your officials will not immediately receive the assignment notification. This option allows you to prepare your assignment without sending it to all officials.

Once you have selected the games you want to assign in draft mode, a bell with a line will appear to the right of each game. You can then proceed with your assignment without the officials receiving any notification.

When assigning your officials, you will see a yellow band at the top of the page indicating that the status is in draft mode and that officials will not receive notification.

Once you have completed your assignments, select the games again to send them to your officials.

Click on Set Assigning Settings in the top right-hand corner and change the Status to Active. You'll see that Active Status is automatically selected when you check the Status box.

Officials will receive assignment notifications, and the clipboard icon will reappear to the right of the games.
