Postal Code Tab

The postal codes and cities of your organizations are added in this tab. This option limits participant registrations based on their postal codes and cities.

 

Adding or removing postal codes is based on the roles and permissions you have been granted.

 

  • To add postal codes to an organization, click Add.

 

  • Add the city and/or partial postal code (first three characters)

  • Click on Search

 

  • Select the desired postal codes or click on Select All if you wish to select all postal codes.

  • Then click on Add.

  • To modify or delete postal codes, click on the three small blue dots to the left of the first three characters of the postal code.

  • Select the desired option, either Edit or Delete.

  • You can add or delete postal codes to the organization by clicking on Edit.

 

  • Clicking on Delete, the system will ask you to confirm the suppression of the postal codes.

 

If you find that your organization is missing postal codes or cities, contact your regional or provincial organization so that changes can be made.
