Competition team contact
The contact is the person who registered the team for the tournament. This contact is the resource person for the team and can be changed by the tournament registrar at any time. The contact is accessible in the side panel section of a team registered for the tournament. The following mandatory information can be modified using the blue pencil, if necessary.

Competition communication
It is possible to use the Spordle ID communication module to send emails to either team contact or the roster of the teams. From the team management page inside Spordle ID, select the teams you want to communicate with. Them from the Action menu you will have 2 new choices :
Team contact: Allows you to send an e-mail to the team contact.
Team roster: Allows you to send an e-mail to members of the team book, including players and bench staff.
From there you will have access to the regular communication window that you will be able to use to trigger your email.
Team competition contact
You have access to a team contact report in the report tab. You can then export the file to Excel. The following information will be included in the report:
Competition organization
Competition name
Category in which team is entered
Team number
Team name
Team's category of origin
Team club or associations
Association e-mail
Association phone
Team e-mail
Team phone number
Registration contact
Date of registration
Registered on the web
Last name
First name
e-mail
First and last name of team head coach
Team head coach email
Team head coach phone number

Competition team contact
Le contact est la personne qui a inscrit l'équipe au tournoi. Ce contact est la personne ressource pour l'équipe et peut être modifié par le registraire de tournoi à tout moment. Le contact est accessible dans la section du panneau latéral d’une équipe inscrite au tournoi. Les informations obligatoires suivantes peuvent être modifiées à l’aide du crayon bleu, si nécessaire.
