How to login
To be able to log into Netbanx:
Go to webpage Netbanx
Enter your <<username>> and <<password>> in required fields.
Select Login
🔑 How to Change Your NETBANX Password
To update your NETBANX password:
Click the Settings tab at the top of any back-office page.
Select the Change Password submenu.
On the Change Password page:
Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
Click Save to apply the changes.
💳 How to View Your Merchant Account Statement
Click the Account Statement tab.
Select the On Demand submenu.
Choose an account from the Account drop-down list.
Select a date range (max. 12 months) using the Start Date and End Date fields.
Choose a Sub-Account:
Current – Main transaction activity
Security – Held security deposits
Reserve – Rolling reserve activity
(Optional) Check Show Summary for a statement overview.
Click Generate.
Click on any Debit or Credit entry to view detailed transaction information.
📊 How to Run an Activity Report
Click the Reports tab.
Select Activity Report.
Open the Summary tab.
Choose a Payment Method (e.g., Credit Card).
(Optional) Refine your report by setting:
Date Range (max. 6 months)
Account (specific or all)
Currency (or all currencies)
Click Generate Summary.
Click on a Status link to drill down into transactions. Select a Txn ID for individual transaction details.
🔎 Viewing Transaction Details
To view transaction details from an account statement:
Run an Account Statement report.
In the Details section, click any value in the Debit or Credit column.
The Transaction Details section may include:

Batch ID | Processing batch ID (credit cards only) |
Txn ID | Unique Paysafe transaction ID |
Merch. Txn ID | Merchant-assigned ID |
Name | Consumer's name |
Card Details | Card brand + last 4 digits |
Amount | Transaction amount |
To view transaction details from an activity report:
Run an Activity report.
Choose the credit card valid request to see detailed transaction.
Choose the credit card declined request to see in detail the transaction and to see the message error.
👤 Creating a User
Click the Settings tab.
Select User Administration.
Click Add New User.
Fill out the form with the following:
Field | Description |

User Name | Unique system ID (e.g., j_smith_11) |
Name | Full name |
Password | Temporary password (will need to be changed on first login) |
Status | Defaults to Enabled |
Email Address | Used for password recovery |
Allowed IPs | (Optional) Restrict access to specific IPs |
Roles | Permissions such as reporting or transaction processing |
Accounts | Assign merchant account access |
Click Create.
