Zone Tab
This module allows organizations to create groupings within their organizational tree where members from multiple MHA can be registered in a team.
This feature works at all levels (province/region/district)
Â
Here is how to create a league:
On the Zone tab, click on Add
Select the parent organization (required)
Enter the name of your league (required)
Enter the usual name
Enter the abbreviation of your league name (required)
Enter your zone address (required)
Click on Next
Select all the organizations that should be added to your league
Select the divisions
Click on Next
Â
The last step is optional and will allow you to assign a registrar to manage this zone.
Â
At the end of the process, the new structure will be created and in the right side panel, you will be able to see the organizations that are in your zone.
Â
Since the zone or league is created by a higher parent organization, when you log in at the zone level, you will be able to see the MHA that is in your structure in read-only mode. Any changes must be made by the higher parent organization.
Â
When using the zone, you can link teams to the zone and create teams, the system will allow you to add these players to the team roster without any transfer or sharing.
Â
To add a team to a zone, you must change its organization according to the following procedure:
Go to the MHA of the team you want to add to your zone
Â
Open the team and click on the Action button in the upper right corner
Select Transfer Team from Organization
Â
Select the zone you wish to add the team to
Click on Next
Â
The team will then be moved to the selected zone
The organization will be modified in the team information
Â
Make sure you have included your team's organization in your zone, otherwise your zone will not be displayed.
Â
You will be able to rollover your structures from season to season, so you don't have to redo this work every season.
