Submit for approval
You must submit your organization for approval at the beginning of each season. This action validates your organization's compliance with the requirements of your region/district, branch and Hockey Canada. All organizations, including MHAs, regions/districts and branches, must undergo this process.
To submit your organization for approval, you will need to ensure that the mandatory information is complete, i.e. that your organization's general information is filled out and up to date, and that the mandatory organization roles, i.e. the staff members who have been defined as mandatory by Hockey Canada and your Branch, are filled out.
A red notification will indicate if your organization is missing mandatory organization roles. Hovering your mouse over the notification will display the missing roles.

Submit for approval
Once you have completed all required information, click Submit for Approval to submit your organization to your parent organization for approval.
Your branch must approve the application. Please note that approval may be denied if your organization does not meet the criteria established by the parent organizations.
If approval is declined, the organization issuing the decline will indicate a reason for refusal. The organization's status will then be declined, and the submit for approval button will again be available, allowing you to resubmit for approval once the missing information has been completed.
Â
Â
For the time being, you can submit your organization for approval despite missing information, as the system will not block the submission at this stage. However, your parent organization can refuse approval.
