New Data in the Qualification Tab

We are updating the qualification tab inside My Account to include data from the clinic registration. This will become the tab where a member can find anything related to the qualification he received, the clinic that he is registered to, and the library where he can access all the content.

The qualification tab will now have two sections: one for clinics and one for qualification.

The details button will allow the member to get all the details about the clinic and access the content if there is content linked to the clinic.

Minor Fixes

Registration fees sold out

• In the registration process, the system hid the item from the selection when there was an item Sold Out. The item will now be grayed out, indicating it is Sold Out.

Game Incident Report

• In the game incident module, the note field will now be required if you select Other or 11.4 allegations as the penalty type.

• In the game incident report module, there will now be some default information added to the referee table. The type will be set as Referee by default, and the email and phone number will be pre-populated with the data of the person entering the report.

Printing the team roster

• The export Team roster button will be disabled if the team books are empty.

• At the same time, the button will also be disabled if the roster is not approved and the setting Requiring team approval to print the roster is on.

Clinic link

• We are getting a lot of questions about the links inside the event details popup. There was confusion around the Open clinic details linked and the button to access the content. The links will now be renamed View Clinic Registration and Course Link with the provider's name.

Clinic information email

• We are also getting a lot of feedback on how the link to access an online clinic was displayed in the email. The email was redesigned to put the link at the bottom of the page and add information on connecting to the clinic.

This is what was added to the email :

• To access your course content, you must be logged into your My Account. Click here to access your My Account. Once logged in, locate the appropriate course on your Dashboard under Events. Click Details, and a popup will open. Select the course link to access your course content on the bottom right of the popup.
