Invoicing

Spordle ID's invoicing module is designed to simplify your organization's financial operations. Whether you need to collect amounts owed for tournament registration fees, travel permits, fines or any other reason, Spordle's invoicing module will enable you to generate payment links and track your receivables with ease.

By connecting to Paysafe, you can make collecting credit card payments easy and efficient.

Invoicing is only possible if a PAYSAFE merchant account is activated in your organization. See related documentation to add a merchant account PAYSAFE

Two types of invoicing are currently available: invoicing of a team registration fees to a tournament and an invoice of other types. Other types will be available soon.

The invoicing module has been designed to make payment simple for users. The system generates a unique payment link that is sent to an e-mail address. The user who receives the e-mail can pay without having to create an account. They can also forward the link to another e-mail address. The link is automatically deactivated as soon as the amount is paid.
