Forethought AI agent in HCR

Forethought is an AI assistant designed to help HCR users find answers to their questions directly within the HCR platform. To access it, look for a small red chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Click on the bubble to ask any HCR-related question, and the AI will provide answers by drawing from our documentation and previously resolved support tickets. If the response doesn’t fully address your issue, you can easily submit a support ticket to our help desk through the chat bubble. This process also helps our team enhance and refine the documentation for future users.
